How can I pay?
I am happy to accept payment in cash or
cheque when supported by a valid cheque guarantee card.
Who provides the materials?
The choice is yours. Most customers use me purely as a labour service,
but I am happy to supply materials if required. I do carry small consumables
such as screws, wall plugs, washers and filler, but if you ask me to supply
and collect additional materials I will simply charge the cost price plus
the time taken to get them.
Will you arrive on time?
My time keeping is a high priority. Should there be any circumstance of
delay I will always contact you and keep you informed.
What are your operating times?
Monday - Friday from 8.00am to 5pm
What are your
out of hours operating times?
Emergency calls will be taken outside of my normal hours
at an enhanced rate of £40 for the first hour, then £15 for every half hr
onwards.
What if I am not satisfied with the
work?
Customer satisfaction is my No 1 priority. I take enormous pride in my
workmanship and offer a unique Handyman Services satisfaction guarantee.
So, in the unlikely event that you are not completely delighted with the
work, I’ll put it right free of charge.
